We carry out maintenance and repairs ourselves, with our own technical team. From call-out visits to a fixed maintenance rhythm.
We do repairs ourselves, with our own technical team in Ypres. Your machine is not shipped off to an importer and does not end up in someone else's queue. Most faults we solve together remotely; if the machine has to come in, we finish it here. As the exclusive THEO distributor for the Benelux and France we also have a short line to the manufacturer, with no call centre in between.
From consumable nozzles to safety gear and accessories: we keep the common parts in stock, so a small part never brings your production to a halt. Orderable directly from the webshop.

Replacing a nozzle or cleaning the protective glass? You do not have to wait for a technician. The Academy has short how-to videos and step-by-step guides that keep your machine running, within reach day and night. Free for every Begea customer.

Your machine is not shipped off to an importer and you are not waiting on someone else's schedule. Only fibre splicing happens in Germany, together with the Maxphotonics engineering team. In that case we provide a replacement machine so you keep working.
Yes. Nozzles, protective glass, optics and the common wear parts are kept in stock, so you are not left without a machine for days. Larger jobs we finish ourselves too, with those parts to hand.

We repair in-house: around 90% of interventions we handle ourselves. Only fibre splicing happens in Germany, together with the Maxphotonics engineering team, and you get a replacement machine in the meantime. As exclusive distributor of THEO for the Benelux and France we also have a direct line to the manufacturer. Fast answers and someone who really knows your machine, no middlemen.
